Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Our return/exchange policy is valid within 1 day of receiving the product.

The item must be unused, unopened, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

We only offer exchanges—refunds are not available, except in rare cases of damaged or incorrect items where replacements are unavailable.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
🚫 Opened or used fiber hair extensions
🚫 Hair extensions that have been washed, worn, cut, styled, or altered
🚫 Return requests made after 1 day of receiving the item
🚫 Items without original packaging or invoice
🚫 Extra Discounted or Promotional products
🚫 "Change of mind" returns
Exchange Policy
We accept exchange requests in the following cases:
✅ The product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect
✅ The request is made within 1 day of receiving the product
✅ The hair extensions are unused and in original condition
✅ You provide clear photos/videos showing the issue
📦 Exchange Fee: A flat PKR 500 applies unless the mistake is on our side.

Refund Policy
Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:
